Terms of Service for Her Creative Collab

Welcome to Her Creative Collab's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership to Her Creative Collab is limited to black creative women only.

2. Her Creative Collab offers cohorts for its members. Members must be committed to participating in group meetings, activities, and projects.

3. Members have access to a physical space provided by Her Creative Collab to work on their projects. Members must respect the space and keep it clean and tidy for the next user.

4. The membership fee covers the use of the space, as well as access to funding resources provided by Her Creative Collab. Members may be eligible for funding after meeting certain requirements.

5. Members must respect the privacy and intellectual property of other members. Any information shared during group meetings, events, or in the workspace must not be shared or used without the explicit consent of the owner.

6. Her Creative Collab reserves the right to remove any member who violates the terms and conditions, or who engages in behavior that does not align with the values of the organization.
